COLD SORES??????????????

Usually if it's on the lip it's a cold sore... but Chill Out it's ok as long as your boyfriend doesn't have an open wound on his mouth or chapped lips that are cracked he probably won't get one. Abreva is the best thing ever made go get some (it's expensive but worth it) and put some on the spot if it's a pimple or a cold sore it will dry it up and make it go away. Cold Sores are very common no need to freak out!!! Good Luck.
