Do you think she likes me?

I have a best friend who is a girl and i'm a girl and we are both 15. i can't help think she likes me because of the way she looks at me, i.e we look into each others eyes for a very long time. so one time i wasn't talking to her then all of a sudden she started touching me and it got weird. We are also in orchestra and i sit right next to my sister she usaually always past us and say excuse me to my sister and looks at me and say that excuse me wasn't for you. Friday she went to prom i wanted to ask her about it but she just said it was good and didn't look at me for the rest of the day. We also made a handshake were we hug at the end and she doesn't let go for a very long time. And one night i had a dream that i kissed her the next day she told me she had a weird dream and started to ingore me any other time when we are in the hallway she loves to stand next to but now she doesn't want to talk to me. And she never wants to talk about her boyfriend so whats up with her
