How do you prove the volume of a sector of a sphere is 2/3*T*R^3?

How do you prove that the volume of a sector of a sphere is equal to 2/3*T*R^3, where R is equal to the radius of the sphere, and T is the angle of the sector in radians? Also, how do you prove/find the volume of the segment of the sector (the section that is NOT shaped like a cone)?
