Worried about strep throat bacteria becoming immune to antibiotics..?

I am frequently (last year I got it like 3-4 times) catching strep throat and always have to be taking antibiotics! Not to mention, I always get viral infections and colds , at least 3 times a year ( or more), (which btw idk if to say is because of my immunity) but I am becoming TERRIFIED of the thought that I may be becoming ,if not AM, immune to antibiotics. I'm scared what if they stop working for me completely? Whatll happen!? Do u think with how often I have gotten it, that it could mean something?
