Should the fairness concept,within the Olympics, also be applied to all human involvements with each other?

There is no separate faction favoritism pandering gang who cuts 2 feet off of the sticks used by the best pole vaulters, nor do they enforce lead weights strapped to the ankles, of the fastest marathon runners....so why can't we all carry this same fairness standard in every single dealing with every kind of other human, as a team human populate the universe loyalty, instead of the suspicious dubious environment of endless litigation. In America, the agricultural fact that we could grow, package and deliver enough food for everone of us on the planet everyday, completely fat, and half would still go to waste, proves the awesome levels we can reach when working together as was built through "sharecroppin" attitudes. Why is it so hard to logically percieve that the best possible chance for a wonderful realization of existence experience as a human can evolve with this Golden Rule immpeccable code of ethics. Consider the motif of justice as a blindfolded woman holding balancing scales.
