How does President Obama still have a 47% approval rating?

I mean really? I understand if your a staunch liberal or democrat its tough to admit this guy has been a disaster so far but there is nothing positive I can see with this President. He's a nice guy but your either not paying attention or just so partisan if you approve of the job he is doing. I know, I know, many of you will just go on forever blaming the past administration for everything but I don't even pay attention to those people anymore... Without blaming others or being so blindly partisan why would you approve of the job he's done so far?
