Vow renewal after 5 years?

Next year in December my husband and I will be married for 5 years and I was thinking of having a vow renewal ceremony and small party afterwards. We never had the big and elaborate wedding (we got married at the courthouse) so is it wrong to have a kind of like a vow renewal ceremony that is KINDA like a wedding. (not too much because we have limited funds) HELP!
