What could be wrong with my friend's cats?

My friend's cats have been sick lately. One of the cats just sneezed a lot then a few days later got better. Now 3 of her 5 cats are sneezing real bad, eye drainage, drooling like crazy, and have drainage from their nose. One of those 3 even had blood coming from their nose, but not that much. What could be wrong with them? They can't take them to the vet because they don't have enough money at the moment.
