What nursing specialties are there that does not require lots of paperwork?

I'm a nursing student in my final year of nursing school( ADN-RN) and I already do not like all the paper work required for med-surg. I want to specialize in something, I'm just not sure what. I was wondering what nursing specialties are there that does not require lots of paperwork? Also, after I graduate I'll be moving to the Richmond-Chester, VA area so info on employers in that area would be greatly appreciated.
