Creationists, How do you explain the existence of the recurrent laryngeal nerve in giraffes?

For all those who believe in creationist nonsense. I have looked for an example of clear undeniable evidence of evolution, that is so simple to understand, that even a bible t idiot can see it causes severe problems for creationism. I believe the recurrent laryngeal nerve in giraffes is the clearest example of unintelligent design in the animal kingdom. I'm not going to explain it , i think you should look it up to confirm what i mean. Let's have another laugh! Any creationist able to explain how God made it?
