Is sodomy still illegal in the UCMJ with repeal of Dont ask Dont tell?

As you know, there is currently a push to repeal the "Don't ask don't tell" policy. However the UCMJ still states that sodomy is illegal. So technically if a service member admits to be , does he also admit to practice sodomy? If so, is that individual still punishable under the UCMJ. If that's the case then all the repeal of don't ask don't tell will do now is that service members can now ask if someone is gay and that person must tell and then be punished under the UCMJ Article 125.
